The Association’s application to become a signatory to the Road Safety Charter was approved in 2009. In this context, the Association continues to undertake several actions to increase awareness on the road safety at the national level.

On 12 October 2011, the Association hosted the Road Safety Training, a part of the social responsibility project of Aviva Sigorta A.Ş. The training aimed at increasing the awareness of the staff of the Association as well as its subsidiaries on the road safety. The interactive training conducted by the HED Academy mainly provided the participants with the visiual examples of safe driving techniques, vehicle maintenance, traffic accidents and injuries.
